#1 Support exporting from larger sites

Currently, `Dumper::dump()` loads all entities in a given bundle at once for maximal speed on typical smaller data sets, but this does not scale. To support larger sites, the dump needs to be splittable, and this would also be a good opportunity to add progress indications.
